5-16-09 - The Greenbackville V.F.D. attended the Blades Fire Company, 75th Anniversary Parade, held in Blades, Delaware. This was a special trip for Rescue 2; as we purchased the 1968/1983 Seagrave rescue truck from Blades, during 2002. We received 2 top honors, Best Appearing Rescue Truck & Fire Company Traveling Farthest Distance. We want to thank the members and residents of Blades, for their gracious hospitality during our visit and we hoped you enjoyed seeing the old "Seagrave" once again!
