Chicken Drive-Thru 2010

G.V.F.D. held its annual Fried Chicken Drive-Thru at Station 2 on Saturday, June 12, from 11 A.M. until. We would like to thank Tyson Foods, Inc., for providing chicken for this event, as in years past. Members breaded and fried 800 pieces of assorted chicken pieces eventually serving over 200 dinners throughout the morning and mid-afternoon. Platters included 3 pieces of delicious Chicken (Terrific job cooks!), Potato Salad, Baked Beans & Roll. During the event, members of G.V.F.D. and the G.V.F.D. Ladies Auxiliary were also busy selling Raffle tickets and taking orders on the Auxiliary's Baskets, both of which are on sale at this time.

Thanks to all who attended and participated in this fundraising event - It was a great success!
