Banquet Hall Rental Information

Capacity:      Maximum Occupancy for banquet setting: 150 people
                       Parking space available. Handicapped parking at front entrance.

Availability:  Weekdays and Weekends, if available. 
                        (The Facility will not be available on Sundays, through June)

Facility:          Area: 2,700 Square Feet
                        Tables: 24 large rectangular (Seats up to 8)
                        Chairs: 150 Folding Chairs
                        Full Service Kitchen (Note: Extra charge for Use of Kitchen)
                        Complete Audio & Visual System 
                        Large capacity Ice Machine
                        Restrooms
                        Smoke-Free & Fully Air Conditioned Facility
               
Caterers:        GVFD Ladies Auxiliary can caterer your event.
                        Several menu choices are available, please call for details.
                        You may also choose to use an approved outside caterer.

Decorations:  Activities or decorations that could damage the facility are not permitted.
                       
Fees:               Non-Kitchen Use Rentals begin at $150.00 for a 3 hour event, 
                         plus a $150.00 security deposit. Call or email for more information.

To Hold Date: Contact our representative to check availability and receive a contract. 
                         To hold a date; the rental contract must be completed, security deposit
                         included, and the full rental payment must be paid prior to the event.
