Assist with Brush/Trash Fire - 8/11/11

On Thursday, August 11, 2011 Station 2 was alerted to assist Station 1 (New Church) on a Brush/Trash fire on Horntown Circle, in Horntown. Upon arrival, the crews of Tanker 2-7, Engine 2-3 and Brush 2 assisted with fire suppression and clean-up operations. Chief 1 (H. Rowell) had Horntown Circle command. All units returned to quarters, without incident.

Units operating on scene: (New Church) Engine 1-4, Brush 1, Tanker 1-7, Squad 1; (Greenbackville) Tanker 2-7, Engine 2-3, Brush 2; (Oak Hall) Medic 202.
